Therapeutic Counselling

I realised that i had to start looking at therapy from a different light, not treating it as a medicine, but as a vitamine.

Hi! I'm Adrian

I am a Clinical Neuropsychologist M.s.c and I believe that each of us has the potential to create the life we want, and become the person we aspire to be by taking simple steps. I believe in pragmatism. I believe in seeking solutions. I believe that the journey is more important than the destination. I believe in passion as the number one driving force for change. I believe in taking action. I believe in compassion and love. And above all, I believe that we don't choose our future, we choose our habits , habits that ultimately hold the power to shape the trajectory of our lives.

Thanks to my extensive psychological and neuroscience background, plus my experience of being an expat for more than 6 years i am aware of the struggles that international students are facing now a days. I didn't only came to realise the strong need for mental health professionals and the hardship of finding one, but the need for a specified type of therapeutic coaching, catered to modern day issues. This led me to develop a new type of coaching format, rooted in evidence-based therapeutic tools and neuroscientific knowledge. My mission is to fill in those blanks and help teenagers and young adults tackle their issues and enhance their quality of live.
